OVERNIGHT FRENCH TOAST 
8 slices (3/4" thick) French bread
1 c. egg substitute (equal to 4 eggs)
1 c. skim milk
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Place bread in a 13x9x2 dish. Combine egg substitute and next four ingredients, beat well. Pour over bread, turn each slice of bread to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate up to 8 hours.

TO SERVE: Heat electric skillet (non stick) and dry fry pieces of toast. Serve with hot syrup.
