NEW YORK STYLE CHEESECAKE 
CRUST:

1 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. walnuts, chopped
1/2 - 1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. melted butter

FILLING:

3 eggs
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. sour cream

Mix crust ingredients together and press into springform pan. Then mix all ingredients in filling except sour cream. Beat with beater until smooth. Then blend in sour cream. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 1 hour or until lightly browned. Cool 10 minutes and refrigerate. Serves 12.
