NEW YORK STYLE CHEESE CAKE 
2 1/2 pkgs. cream cheese
5 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. heavy cream (Eagle Brand)

CRUST:

1 sm. pkg. graham crackers
1/4 c. butter
1 tbsp. sugar

Beat cheese until light and fluffy. Add sugar, flour salt and vanilla. Beat well. Add eggs one at a time. Add cream and blend well.

Pour into crust and bake at 475 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 225 degrees and bake for one hour longer or until brown and starts to crack. Top with a can of prepared pie filling (strawberry, cherry, blueberry or whatever you like.)
