"CHEESY POTATOES" 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns
1 sm. chopped onion
1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 (16 oz.) carton of sour cream
1 stick of butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) pkg. of grated Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 c. of corn flake crumbs

Combine in large mixing bowl, hash browns, soup, onion, sour cream, butter, cheddar cheese and salt. Spread evenly into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle corn flake crumbs over the entire mixture.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour at 375 degrees.
