EASY - CHEESY POTATOES 
Potatoes
Onion, sliced
Dried parsley
Salt and pepper
Shredded Cheddar cheese
Stick butter

Grease a casserole dish. Slice potatoes very thin and place half in a layer in the dish. Add a layer of onion slices; sprinkle with parsley, salt, pepper, and grated cheese. Top with butter which is cut into pats. Repeat the layers. Cover and microwave 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
