EASY - CHEESY POTATOES | |
Potatoes Onion, sliced Dried parsley Salt and pepper Shredded Cheddar cheese Stick butter Grease a casserole dish. Slice potatoes very thin and place half in a layer in the dish. Add a layer of onion slices; sprinkle with parsley, salt, pepper, and grated cheese. Top with butter which is cut into pats. Repeat the layers. Cover and microwave 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. |
