CHEESY POTATOES 
2 lb. frozen hash browns-completely defrost
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. cornflakes, crushed
1/2 c. melted butter

Mix all ingredients except butter and cornflakes. Place in greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Cover with cornflakes then drizzle butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1 1/2 hours.

I made this for my sons graduation party and everyone loved it. The only thing that I had a problem with was the time it took to bake, but good things come to those patient enough to wait!! It is easy to put together early and one less thing to worry about at the last minute for company. I think I might add green chilies to add extra spice for Easter!!
