CHEESY POTATOES | |
2 lb. frozen hash browns-completely defrost 1 (16 oz.) sour cream 1/2 tsp. salt 2 c. grated cheddar cheese 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 can cream of chicken soup 2 c. cornflakes, crushed 1/2 c. melted butter Mix all ingredients except butter and cornflakes. Place in greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Cover with cornflakes then drizzle butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1 1/2 hours. |
