SALMON PARTY LOG 
1 lb. can salmon
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. grated onions
1 tsp. prepared horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
1/2 c. chopped pecans
3 tbsp. chopped parsley

Drain, flake and debone salmon; combine with next 6 ingredients; chill at least 4 hours; combine pecans and parsley; shape salmon mixture into log; roll in nut mixture; chill; serve with crackers.
