SALMON PARTY LOG | |
1 lb. can salmon 1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese 1 tsp. prepared horseradish 1 tsp. lemon juice 1/4 tsp. Wright's Natural Hickory Liquid Smoke 2 tsp. finely chopped onion 1/4 tsp. salt Drain and flake salmon, remove skin and bone. Combine salmon with remaining ingredients. Combine: 1/2 cup chopped pecans and 3 tablespoons fresh parsley. Shape salmon mixture in 8 x 2 inch log. Roll in nut mixture and chill well. |
