GRANDPA'S MARSHMALLOW FUDGE | |
1 lg. & 1 sm. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips (18 oz.) 1/2 lb. butter (1 c.) 1 (8 oz.) jar marshmallow cream 1 tsp. vanilla 1 lg. can of evaporated milk 4 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. chopped nuts (opt.) In a large pan heat sugar and milk to boiling. Boil for 12 minutes, stirring constantly. In a bowl, mix butter, marshmallow and chocolate chips. Pour hot mixture over mixture in bowl. MIX WELL. Add vanilla. Pour into a buttered 9 x 13 inch pan. Let set until cool. |
