GRANDPA'S HOMEMADE NOODLES | |
2 c. flour 2 beaten eggs 2 tbsp. water 2 tbsp. butter 2 tsp. bouillon 1 shake pepper 1 tsp. salt Mix dry ingredients into liquid by hand. Do not overmix, as it tends to toughen noodles. Use flour sparingly when rolling out dough. Roll out to 1/4 inch thickness and use pizza cutter for cutting noodles. |
