GRANOLA 
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. honey
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. rolled oats
3/4 c. raisins (optional)
1/4 c. wheat germ (optional)
1/2 c. almonds (optional)

Into a large mixing bowl measure oil first the honey (it slips out easier). Add vanilla and stir with fork. Stir while adding oats. Mix until evenly coated. Spread out evenly on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Remove and sprinkle wheat germ and/or raisins and/or almonds on top then gently stir by moving mix away from the sides and corners. Cool or eat warm with milk.
