BOURBONATED HOT DOGS 
3 lbs. hot dogs
2 (32 oz.) bottles ketchup
3 c. brown sugar
1/2 to 1 c. bourbon

Cut hot dogs into bite-size pieces. Mix ketchup and brown sugar in a large saucepan. Add hot dogs and cook over medium heat 30 minutes or until hot. Just before serving, add bourbon and mix well. Heat another 5 minutes. Serve in a chafing dish.
