LEMON CHICKEN 
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 (3.5 oz.) pkg. Mrs. Dash (lemon & herb) seasoning
1/3 c. fine bread crumbs
2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breast

In bowl, combine egg and lemonade concentrate; stir well. In another bowl, combine Mrs. Dash and bread crumbs. Dip chicken in lemonade; then coat with crumbs. Place chicken in Pam coated baking pan so pieces do not touch. Sprinkle with any remaining crumbs. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees, about 20 minutes or until tender and cooked. Do not turn. Serves 4.
