PARTY CHICKEN 
5 lbs. chicken pieces
6 oz. sour cream
2 to 4 tbsp. half and half, cream or milk
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tbsp. celery salt
1/2 tbsp. garlic powder
1/2 tbsp. oregano
1/2 tbsp. paprika
1/2 tbsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 oz. pkg. herbed stuffing rolled to fine crumbs
2 to 3 oz. melted butter

Mix together sour cream, cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and spices. Combine crushed stuffing crumbs, Parmesan cheese, sesame seed and coat chicken pieces thoroughly with the mixture. Roll in crumbs. Line chicken in foil-lined shallow baking dish. Drizzle melted butter over chicken. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour until tender and crispy brown. Serve warm or can be refrigerated for a picnic or buffet. Serves 6 to 8.
