SKEWERED CHICKEN 
3 med. chicken breasts, split, skinned, boned (6 halves)
1/4 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. dry white wine
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. onion power
Dash pepper
2 tbsp. cooking oil
3/4 tsp. fines herbes, crushed
1/2 tsp. grated ginger root or 1/4 tsp. ginger
1 clove garlic, minced

Cut chicken into 1 1/4 inch strips, 1/4 inch thick. Thread loosely onto 6-8 skewers. Place skewers in two layers in a baking dish.

Combine ingredients; pour over chicken. Cover. Chill 2-3 hours. Drain. Grill over hot coals or on a gas grill, 3-4 minutes per side. Garnish with cherry tomatoes if desired. 6-8 servings.
