ANGIE SAMES' CARROT BARS 
4 eggs, well beaten
1 c. oil
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. grated carrots
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coarsely chopped nuts

FROSTING:

1/4 c. butter
4 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. confectioners' sugar

Sift dry ingredients together. Add to eggs, sugar and oil. Mix well, add carrots, vanilla and nuts. Mix and bake in 10"x16" jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.

FROSTING: Cream butter, cream cheese and vanilla and mix until fluffy.
