SWEDISH CHOCOLATE ROLL 
3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. potato flour
2 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking powder

Chocolate Roll - Beat eggs and sugar until white and fluffy. Sift together flour, cocoa and baking powder. Add in and stir in until well blended. Pour into oblong pan lined with buttered waxed paper. Bake in moderate hot oven (425 degrees) 5 minutes. Turn onto waxed paper sprinkled with sugar and leave until cold.

FILLING:

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
