SWEDISH ROLLED COOKIES (IN
COLORED SUGAR)
 
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. butter

Cream flour and butter. Add powdered sugar and mix well. Chill dough. Divide dough into 3 rolls and put colored sugar on wax paper and roll dough in sugar. Refrigerate 3 hours. Slice and bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Watch so they don't burn or brown too much.
