STINA ALLAN'S SWEDISH SMALAND KRINGLA COOKIE | |
2 sticks butter 1 cup sour cream 1 egg yolk 3 tablespoons sugar 2 1/2 cups flour 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 2 teaspoons baking powder Beat butter well. Add sour cream and beat again. Add egg yolk and sugar mix well again. Add flour mixed with baking soda and baking powder. When you take it out on baking board you can add a little more flour. Roll into pencil shapes the size of your thumb and form small wreath or ring. Sprinkle with coarse sugar. Bake 350°F oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 45 Kinglor Submitted by: Jennifer Allan |
