VEAL STEAK PAPRIKAS 
1 1/2 lbs. veal steak
1 sm. green pepper
1 tomato
2 onions
1 tbsp. fat
1/2 c. water
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp. paprika

In melted fat brown meat on both sides; season to taste. Add cut up peppers, tomatoes and onions; add paprika. Add water; cover. Cook until meat is tender.
