VEAL STEAK PIZZOIOLA 
1 veal steak, about 1 1/4 lb.
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 med. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. shortening
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
1 (10 oz.) can pizza sauce

Cut veal into about 12 pieces. Shake pieces with flour, salt, and pepper in paper bag to coat well. Saute onion in shortening until soft in large frying pan. Push to one side, add veal and brown on both sides. Sprinkle green pepper over and stir in pizza sauce. Cover and simmer about 40 minutes or until meat is tender. Serve on buttered hot noodles. Makes 4 servings.
