D.'S DELICIOUS SAUTEED CHICKEN 
8 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
2/3 c. butter
2 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. scallions
2 cloves garlic
1/2 lemon

Dust chicken with:

1/4 tsp. white pepper
1 c. flour
2 tsp. salt

Combine butter, oil, scallions and garlic in large frying pan. Saute chicken in sauce over medium heat until cooked, about 20 minutes. Flip chicken halfway through.

Remove chicken to serving platter. Squeeze 1/2 lemon in sauce. Heat sauce to boiling. Pour over chicken as serving.
