SAUTEED CHICKEN BREAST 
1/3 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/3 c. bread crumbs
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. butter
1 or 2 eggs

Combine flour, salt, black pepper and nutmeg in a bowl and set aside. Then put 1 or 2 eggs in another bowl and set aside. Next combine bread crumbs and grated cheese in a separate bowl.

Coat each piece of chicken first in the flour mixture. Then dip in egg and then coat with bread crumb mixture. Saute chicken in butter in skillet over medium heat until brown or cook about 15 to 20 minutes. Serves 6.
