SAUTEED CHICKEN AND RICE 
1 1/4 c. UNCLE BEN'S® rice
1 (11 oz.) can drained niblets corn
2 chicken breasts, chopped up
1 med. onion
2 1/4 c. hot water
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 packets Sazon goya
Dash of salt and pepper

In cooking pan, heat oil. Place onion and chicken along with Sazon, red pepper until chicken is brown and tender. Add drained corn and rice. Stir together corn and rice and let cook over low flame for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Rice should be tender and well cooked. Serve.
