ONE DISH CHICKEN DINNER 
4-6 med. potatoes
1/2 med. onion
4-6 carrots
4-6 chicken breasts, skinned
Nature's Seasonings
1 c. water
1 med. bell pepper
1 chicken gravy seasoning packet

In the bottom of a covered 4-6 quart baking dish, place peeled and quartered potatoes, peeled and cut carrots, 1 cup water, sliced onion, and sliced bell pepper. Sprinkle liberally with Nature's Seasonings. Sprinkle with chicken gravy mix. Place chicken on top. Sprinkle liberally with Nature's Seasonings. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees. Serves 4-6.
