4 INGREDIENT BANANA BREAD | |
1 cup mayonnaise 3/4 cup brown sugar 1 cup bananas, ripe and mashed (3 medium-sized) 2 cups self rising flour optional: 1/2 tsp cinnamon or 1/2 cups walnuts or pecans Preheat oven to 350°F Spray Baker's Joy on bottom of a Pyrex loaf pan. By Hand: Beat together mayonnaise and sugar; add bananas (and optionally, cinnamon). Mix in Self-Rising Flour.(Fold in optional nuts.) Do not over mix. Pour into loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool for 20 minutes, then turn out onto wire rack to complete cooling. Submitted by: Shirlz Baker Roberts |
