MIRANDA'S PEPPERONI DIP 
Makes a lot of dip! Dip is best served hot.

1 (16 oz) pkg. sliced pepperoni
1 (16 oz.) tub dairy sour cream
1 (16 oz.) pkg. shredded Colby jack cheese
2 (8 oz. ea.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 or 2 jalapenos (with or without seeds depending how hot you want it)
1 box Club crackers (or crackers of your choice), for dipping

Cut pepperoni slices into quarters. Finely slice jalapenos. Mix everything together and bake at 400°F til bubbly... then enjoy!

Note: Recipe may be halved.
