MEXICAN DINNER 
2 lb. ground hamburger
1 can Ranch style beans
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lg. onion, finely chopped
1 lb. mild Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. corn tortillas
1 can tomatoes & peppers

Saute meat and chopped onions in skillet until no pink shows in meat. Add beans, tomatoes, peppers and cream of mushroom soup

Layer tortillas in the bottom of pan or baking dish. Put 1/2 of the mixture and cover with cheese. Put another layer of tortillas and rest of meat mixture. Layer top with sliced cheese. Bake for 20-30 minutes until cheese has melted. Serve with salad and garlic bread.
