MEXICAN TURKEY LOAF 
1 lb. raw ground turkey
1 med. onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 canned green chili finely chopped (about 2 tbsp.)
3 tbsp. cornmeal
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. leaf oregano, crumbled
1/8 tsp. pepper

Preheat oven to 375 degrees, lightly grease pan. Mix together all ingredients in medium bowl. Shape into loaf about 7 inches long, place in baking pan. Bake for 45 minutes and let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
