BRAUNSCHWEIGER DIP 
1/2 lb. braunschweiger
8 oz. cream cheese
4 diced hard boiled eggs (optional)
6 green onions (stems & all)
1/2 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. soy sauce

Beat braunschweiger and cream cheese. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Put in refrigerator. Serve on small party rye bread.
