BRAUNSCHWEIGER SNOWBALL 
1 lb. braunschweiger
8 oz. cream cheese
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
Sprinkle of garlic powder
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Combine braunschweiger, 6 ounce of the cream cheese, onion, garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well. Shape into a ball then ice with the remaining 2 ounce of cream cheese. Serve with crackers.
