1 pkg. braunschweiger (roll type)
1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp and broken into pieces
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese

Remove plastic film from 1 package (8 ounce) roll of Braunschweiger, taking care to retain meat in it's log shape. Frost log with 1 package (3 ounces) whipped cream cheese and roll in crumbled bacon pieces. Chill, serve with crackers.
