8 oz. cream cheese 1-2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. minced onion Tabasco (optional) Garlic salt 5-6 inch chunk braunschweiger Minced parsley flakes or paprika Soften cream cheese and thin with lemon juice to consistency of icing. Add minced onion. Add Tabasco and garlic salt to taste. Place braunschweiger on serving tray (flatten bottom). Frost with cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle parsley flakes or paprika on top for garnish. Surround with crackers and serve with cheese knife. Refrigerate several hours before serving. |
