MEXICAN WEDDING CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 eggs
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda

Mix all together. Put into ungreased 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese
2 tsp. vanilla

Blend together and add 2 cups powdered sugar. Put on cooled cake.
