MEXICAN WEDDING CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix all ingredients together and put into a 9 x 13 baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Frost with the following icing while cake is still hot.

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream ingredients together and spread over cake. Punch holes in cake with fork tines.
