Prepare according to directions. Bake in a jelly roll pan or a 15" x 1" x 10 3/8" aluminum foil pan. Bake 25 minutes. Cool. 3/4 c. milk 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 lg. can crushed pineapple 1 lg. container Cool Whip Shredded coconut Maraschino cherries
Mix together pudding, milk and cream cheese. Cool in refrigerator, then spread on cake. Drain pineapple. Spread on top of pudding mixture. Cover with Cool Whip. Sprinkle with coconut. Decorate with cherries. Halve the cherries, so each serving has a cherry. Good for serving a crowd. It can be frozen.
