CHICKEN & WILD RICE 
5 whole chicken breasts (10 pieces), split & boned
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (6 oz.) pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® wild rice mix (add enough rice to make 1 1/2 c. long grain)
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. white wine
1/2 c. melted butter
1 pkg. shaved almonds
1 lg. jar mushrooms & juice
Parmesan cheese
Parsley

Put rice in greased casserole, sprinkle with seasoning package. Mix soup, milk, wine, butter, mushroom juice and mushrooms and pour 2/3 mix over rice. Salt inside of chicken and place on rice. Pour rest of soup mix over chicken. Sprinkle almonds, parsley and cheese on top. Bake uncovered 3 hours in 275 degree oven.
