Melt together:

1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
2 sticks butter
1 sm. jar creamy peanut butter

Cool. Add bag of miniature marshmallows. Sprinkle layer of chopped peanuts in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour on melted mixture. Put another layer of chopped peanuts on top. Refrigerate.
