HOT POTATO SLICES 
4 to 6 slices bacon, crumbled
2 med. potatoes
Velveeta Hot Mexican Cheese

Place bacon on a paper towel on a plate cook on high 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until crisp; crumble and set aside.

Prick potatoes with fork, cook on high 5 to 7 minutes until potatoes are just tender, turning potatoes once. Cool slightly. Cut potatoes into 1/4 to 1/2 inch slices.

Place on a microwave dish. Top with hot Mexican cheese and reserved bacon. Cook, uncovered, on high 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
