ITALIAN MEAT LOAVES 
2 lb. ground beef
2 beaten eggs
2/3 c. milk
3/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs, Old London plain
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. dried oregano

GLAZE:

1/4 c. catsup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 tsp. dry mustard

Combine bread crumbs, cheese, onion, celery, and beef. Separately mix other ingredients. Mix the two together. Shape into 1 pound loaves. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or 1 hour and 15 minutes.
