1 c. ground beef
2 tbsp. onion, minced
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
Salt & pepper (dash)

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Lightly grease cups of a muffin tin and fill with meat mixture. Bake 15 minutes at 450 degrees. When finished, they can be lifted out of cups easily.
