CAKE TOP LEMON PIE 
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
Juice of 1 1/2 lemons
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. butter
2 egg yolks
Pinch of salt
2 egg whites, beaten

Cream butter and sugar. Blend in flour and salt. Add lemon juice. Add 2 well beaten egg yolks. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake until firm.
