2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 med. can crushed pineapple

Combine all ingredients and bake in cookie sheet in a 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes or until done. Spread topping on cake while hot.

SHEET CAKE ICING:

1 stick butter
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped nuts

Place butter, evaporated milk and sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, mixture will be thick. Remove from heat and add the coconut and chopped nuts. Spread on hot cake. This recipe is quick and easy - plus it's the best darn cake you ever made!
