CHOCOLATE SHEET CAKE 
2 sticks butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Microwave butter, cocoa and water 2 minutes and stir together. Combine and mix together dry ingredients. Pour boiling cocoa mixture over flour mixture and mix well. Add buttermilk, eggs and vanilla; stir well. bake in greased and floured sheet pan 30-40 minutes until done.

ICING FOR CHOCOLATE SHEET CAKE:

1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. buttermilk
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine butter, cocoa and buttermilk and boil in microwave. Then pour mixture over powdered sugar and add vanilla. Pour on hot cake.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
