CHICKEN POT PIE 
1 box Pillsbury pie crust (2 crust)
1 can Veg-All, drain
2 cans cream of potato soup
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1 sm. onion, optional
1 can chunky chicken or turkey

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place one pie crust in bottom of casserole dish. Mix all other ingredients. Pour over pie crust. Place other pie crust on top of casserole. (If you sprinkle a small amount of milk and salt over the top before baking, you will have a pretty brown crust.)

Bake about 40 minutes or until crust is brown. Good to eat anytime. Enjoy!
