CARAMEL CORN 
2 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. white corn syrup
2 sticks butter (or 1 butter and 1 butter for better taste)
Pinch cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
6 qts. popped corn

Mix first 4 ingredients, heat and boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add soda. Pour over 6 quarts popped popcorn. Bake 45 minutes in 275 degree oven, stir every 15 minutes. Make 1 big turkey roaster full.
