MICROWAVE CARAMEL CORN 
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 stick butter
1/4 c. dark Karo syrup
Salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Popped corn

Mix brown sugar, butter, syrup and dash of salt. Microwave on High 2 minutes. Remove and stir. Cook 2 more minutes on High. Remove and stir. Add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda and stir. Mixture will be foamy. Pour over popped corn in paper bag and shake. Microwave 1 1/2 minutes in bag. Remove and shake. Microwave 45 seconds. Remove and shake. Then pour on foil. Separate and let cool. Store in airtight container.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
