MICROWAVE CARAMEL CORN 
1 stick butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. white syrup (or reg. will do)
1/2 tsp. baking soda
4 qts. popped corn
Brown bag

Melt butter 1 minute in microwave. Add brown sugar and syrup. Cook for 2 minutes. Add baking soda. Stir until really foamy and color changed. Pour caramel mixture on top. Shake the bag. Put bag in microwave 1 minute, and repeat for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Pour in large bowl and stir until hardens up somewhat then serve.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
