CHEESE POTATOES 
1 pt. sour cream
3 cans cream of potato soup
1 pkg. (gold label) Cracker Barrel Cheddar cheese
1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes (cubed not shredded)

Grate or dice cheese. Bring hash browns to room temperature. Mix all ingredients and turn into a Pam-sprayed 15 x 9 baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. This can be made ahead and frozen for later baking.
