HOLIDAY BRUNCH SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
9 eggs
3 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
3 slices bread, broken up
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 lbs. sausage

Brown sausage and drain well. Beat eggs and add salt, mustard and milk. Break bread into egg mixture and add cheese and drained sausage. Pour into 9x13 pan, cover (and refrigerate overnight - optional). Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Serves 10.
